What's in GroupSlate, and what's next
GroupSlate starts with group trips. Everything else follows in the order early-access advisors ask for.
In early access (December 2026)
- A booking page on your brand: each traveler picks a room, nights, a roommate and add-ons, priced per person by room type
- Payment plans per traveler with reminders, and payments recorded wherever they're made
- Supplier deadlines, with a warning when guest payments won't cover them
- A rooming list you drag guests into, with changes since your last send and an Excel or PDF export
- Passport details: names exactly as on the passport, with an expiry warning; passport numbers kept in an encrypted vault
- A basic client list: every traveler kept as a client, with their trips, payments, notes and search, and import from a spreadsheet
- A live link for the couple or group leader: who's booked, who's behind
- Commission per group, expected against received
