GroupSlate is travel CRM software for independent travel advisors, built around group trips. It's in development and run by its founder. These terms cover what you can do on this site today: join the waitlist, ask for early access, and pre-order.
GroupSlate is one product, the same for every customer. We don't build custom versions or custom features for individual accounts. Suggestions from advisors help decide what we build next, for everyone.
The waitlist
Joining is free. We'll email you about GroupSlate: when early access opens, when we launch, and sometimes a question about how you run your groups. To leave, reply to any of our emails or write to [email protected].
Early access
Early access opens in December 2026 for a small number of advisors (10 places). It's free on a real group trip until the public launch, planned for early 2027. After launch you choose whether to stay on the founders' price; we never start charging you without asking. Early access means software in development: features will change and things may break, so keep your own copy of anything important.
We're software, not a travel seller
GroupSlate is software that helps you run your trips. We don't sell travel, book suppliers, or hold your travelers' money: card payments go to your own payment account. You remain responsible for your trips, your terms with your travelers, and any registration your state requires of sellers of travel.
The pre-order
The pre-order costs $19, paid once. It covers your first month after the public launch and reserves the founders' price: $19 a month for the first 50 advisors, including every feature we add later, for as long as your subscription stays active. There are no automatic charges after the pre-order: continuing after your first month is your choice.
Pre-orders are sold through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and the seller of record. Lemon Squeezy handles the payment, sales tax and receipts, and its buyer terms, shown at checkout, apply to the purchase.
Refunds
Before launch, email [email protected] and we'll refund your $19 in full, no questions asked. If we haven't launched by April 30, 2027, we refund every pre-order automatically. Once we launch, your $19 pays for your first month and isn't refunded after that month has started. You can cancel any time, and we never charge you again unless you choose to subscribe.
Your data and your travelers' data
How we handle your information is in the privacy policy. When you use GroupSlate for your trips, the traveler details you add stay yours; we use them only to run the service for you. Don't enter passport numbers or card numbers.
Using the site fairly
Please don't sign up other people without their permission, try to break or overload the site, or use it to send spam.
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep GroupSlate reliable, but while it's in development we provide it as it is, and we can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. Check important numbers, such as amounts due and commission, before you rely on them. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you've paid us. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we'll email everyone on the waitlist and everyone who pre-ordered before the change takes effect.
